Parallax Hey, I'm Timo and I'm on a mission to help and empower people to start Live Like A Human. You know, a bit like our earlier ancestors did. My goal is to help you find the easiest way to get rid of your excess body fat, reduce your dependency on food, build a healthy relationship with food, learn your body to use fat as its energy source, and most important – feel awesome and energized in your own body.

In my Health Coaching practice I'm focusing on long-term health and success so you can live a happy and healthy life.

Now, do you want to know how I did it?
Here's a short story…

As a kid, I developed asthma and eczema (atopic dermatitis) so I was treated with different types of antibiotics and medications throughout my childhood, and soon after that my body developed different food intolerances like gluten and dairy. And that's just one part of the story. As a teenager, I also started to gain weight and with the age of 14, I was very overweight. I used food to feel better and soothe myself. After years like this, I came to the point when I had 120 kilograms at the age of 21. 

One day it clicked in my head and I decided to take full responsibility for my body and health. I started with a diet that was well-known as a healthy and well-balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low in fat and of course with 5-6 meals per day. I accompanied my diet with regular exercise so I started to do fitness 5 days a week. Results were coming in and my weight was going down. But after a few months, my progress stalled. Eventually, I cut down on my food intake and start to workout harder. It helped for a month but I wasn't feeling well. I was tired, lacking energy throughout the day, I didn't sleep well and I started to gain back weight. No matter what I did.

Looking for solutions I came across a primal diet which was totally in contrast with everything I knew (thought I knew) about a healthy diet and weight loss. However, I decided to give it a try. It was a total eye-opener for me. My weight fell off effortlessly, I couldn't eat more than 3 meals per day and my energy levels were through the roof. Overall I never felt better. The most important thing for me was losing food cravings, rebuilding my relationship with food, and keeping the weight off effortlessly. It amazed me (and it still does) so much that I decided to help other people, who are struggling with the same or similar problems as I did so I can help them get through barriers that are enabling them to live happy and healthy lives.
